Bespare sells genuine bike spare parts and accessories, with fast tracked delivery across the Baltics (Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia). You can reach us any time at support@bespare.lt or via our contact page.

We list thousands of genuine spare parts and accessories. We take care to describe products - including brand, product code and specifications - but images are for illustration and packaging may vary. Availability can change, and stock is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.

All prices are shown in euros (€) and are inclusive of VAT. The price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your order, even if a price changes afterwards.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal through a secure, SSL-encrypted checkout. Your order is processed once payment is authorised.

Placing an order is an offer to buy the items in your basket. A contract is formed when we confirm and dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order - for example, in the event of an obvious pricing error, items being out of stock, or suspected fraud - and where we do, we will refund any payment taken.

We deliver across Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia using tracked couriers and parcel lockers, with free standard delivery on orders over €50. Delivery times shown are estimates from dispatch and exclude weekends and public holidays. Full options and timings are on our Shipping & delivery page.

You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return. Faulty or incorrectly shipped items are returned at our expense. See our Returns & refunds page for the full process.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the activity on your account. Please make sure the information you give us - including your delivery address - is accurate and up to date.

The content on this site - including text, images, logos and brand names - belongs to Bespareor its suppliers and is protected by law. You may use the site for your own shopping; you may not copy, resell or misuse its content. Please use the site lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt it.

We provide the site and our products with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU and national law in Lithuania, Latvia or Estonia. Those rights always apply in addition to anything stated here.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
