How to start a return

Contact us
Email us or use the contact form within 30 days of delivery, quoting your order number and the item you'd like to return.

Pack the item
Put the unused part back in its original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.

Send it back
We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Faulty or incorrectly shipped items are returned at our expense.

Get your refund
Once we receive and check the item, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
